1. Lesson booking
Lessons are booked by mutual agreement over email after your trial. A lesson is confirmed only once the time and date are agreed in writing.
2. Payment
Payment is due in advance: single lessons before each lesson, monthly packages before the first lesson of the month. Accepted methods will be shared privately. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
3. Cancellation
If you need to cancel a lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less notice are considered used, unless there's an emergency.
4. Rescheduling
You can reschedule any lesson at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability. Monthly package lessons must be used within the same month.
5. Lesson duration
One lesson lasts 60 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom. Please be online 1–2 minutes before the start.
6. Student responsibilities
Please come with a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and — when possible — a completed homework task. Effort is on you; guidance is on me.
7. Teacher responsibilities
I promise: to be prepared, to give honest feedback, to reply to reasonable messages within 24 hours on working days, and to make lessons genuinely useful.
8. Copyright
All learning materials, worksheets, slides and recordings shared during lessons remain my intellectual property. You may use them for personal study but may not resell, republish or share them without permission.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Continuing to book lessons after a change means you accept the update.
