Privacy Policy

1. Information I collect
When you fill in the contact or application form, I collect the details you send me: your name, email, your English level, your learning goal, availability and any message you write. That's it. I don't ask for more than I need to reply and prepare your first lesson.
2. Contact form data
Your form submission is stored in a secure database hosted by Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Only I have access to it, and I use it only to reply to you and organise your lessons.
3. Cookies
The site uses a small essential cookie to remember your language preference and your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are only stored if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
4. Data storage & security
Data is stored on servers inside the European Union with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is protected by strong authentication.
5. Data retention
Application and contact messages are kept for as long as you are an active student, plus up to 24 months after our last lesson (for accounting and possible re-enrolment). After that, or on your request, your data is deleted.
6. Third-party services
I use: Lovable Cloud (hosting & database), Google Meet / Zoom (lessons), an email provider for replies, and optional privacy-friendly analytics. No data is sold to anyone. Ever.
7. Your rights
You can ask me at any time to: see the data I have about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Just email me — I'll act on the request within 30 days.
8. GDPR
Because I work with students in the EU, I follow the GDPR. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (when you submit a form) and the performance of our teaching agreement.
